Jumpstart Your Monday With A Healthy Breakfast

It’s another week and why not start with healthy choices. Breakfast is an important meal but I’ve always had trouble with options. Here are three breakfast ideas that I like, which are quick and easy:

 

3/4 cup raisin bran flakes, 1 cup fat-free milk, 1 banana

OR

Smoothie: Blend 1 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana, and 8 ounces fat-free milk

OR

1 cup Cheerios, 1/2 cup berries, 1 tablespoon almonds, 8 ounces fat-free milk
