Last year around this time bon appetit had a post written by Claire Saffitz that I bookmarked and wanted to share. I will shamefully admit I saved for the Overeater’s Tonic drink. I recently started to understand the benefits of turmeric so I guess you can say I was already trying it before it became cool. I’ll thank Dr. Axe when I meet him.
Check out what they are calling their “middle ground between juice fasting and Shake Shack: quick, feel-good (but not abstemious) meals“.
If you are brave enough to try, drop us a note and let us know what you think. We love to hear from our subscribers when they explore new and exciting recipes.
Also, if you have a recipe that you would like to share, send those to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will feature in an upcoming blog post.
Update: I recently came across an article which details a comprehensive approach about the benefits of Turemic and Curcumin that I wanted to share with you. Find out why “this golden wonder really is the spice of life” as highlighted throughout the piece. Keep reading to the end so not to miss the 7 tips infographic on how to incorporate turmeric safely into your daily healthcare regimen.
